I retain the right to refuse service for any reason.

Products are purely digital and will not be physically shipped.

I am not responsible for what happens to the product after service is complete. This means if the client looses commission and I no longer have it on hand, I cannot recover it for you.

You must own the characters commissioned or have been granted permission to use the character. This does not apply to fan art of any public franchise (ie. games, anime, books, comics, etc.) Exceptions can be made for gifts.

You MUST state if you intend to use the product for commercial use (merchandise, prints, etc.) and pay the appropriate fee if you intend to use the art commercially. 

Both the I and client reserve the right to cancel the commission at any stage of its development with promise of a full refund. However, refund after completion of the product will not be granted.

Both I and the client retain the right to post the product online with proper credit, unless told otherwise by the other party.

All who order 18+ or NSFW art must be over the age of 18 and be able to present ID or proof if asked. I will not be held liable for a minor lying about their age. 

NFTS OF MY WORK ARE NOT PERMITTED. ACTION WILL BE TAKEN IF MY WORK IS MADE AN NFT, OR FED INTO AN AI LEARNING ALGORITHM
